Palace Suite

A beautifully appointed pillar-free room with high ceilings. The Palace Suite can be divided into two equal sized rooms and has a large pre-function area to welcome guests and delegates.

Technical facilities of the Palace Suite include:

Kensington Suite

The Kensington Suite is situated on the lower ground level. It can be divided into two equal parts; The Albert and The Victoria Suites.

The Kensington Suite has en-suite facilities for use by delegates. The technical facilities for the Kensington Suite are as follows:

• Programmable lighting
• Fully air conditioned

Lancaster Suite

The Lancaster Suite is adjacent to the York Suite and located on the mezzanine floor of the hotel.

York Suite

The York Suite offers the attractive features of natural daylight, provided by floor to ceiling triple glazed windows and an integral reception or registration area. Perfect for meeting or dining.

• Fully air conditioned

Boardrooms

The Royal Garden has six boardrooms and syndicates, each suite varies in size and decor with capacities ranging from 2-30 persons.

The rooms are ideal for small breakouts, working lunches, cocktail parties and interviews.

Each boardroom and syndicate has phone lines, fax lines, high speed wired and wireless internet access.

Directions

Heathrow Airport

15 miles / 24 km west of Central London just off the M4 motorway

  • A traditional black taxi will cost you in the region of £35/£40 to or from Heathrow and will take around 35-40 minutes.
  • The quickest, cheapest and most reliable way of travelling to or from Heathrow and Central London is by the Piccadilly Line Tube with a journey time of approximately 50 minutes and a cost of £3.80
  • The fast new Heathrow Express is now open from Paddington Station and takes about 15 minutes at a cost of £12 each way.
  • A chauffeur driven limousine is probably the most comfortable way to travel and prices range from £60.
  • Limo Bikes (motorcycles!) are an excellent fun way to travel to London's Heathrow Airport taking about 30 minutes at peak times at a cost of around £35.

Gatwick Airport

30 miles / 50 km south of London off the M23 motorway

  • A traditional black taxi will take you there in around 60 minutes. The cost is negotiable as it is outside the London perimeter and the cab driver is not obliged to use his meter, so good deals can sometimes be had! Expect to pay around £80
  • The Gatwick Express train from Victoria Station is the fastest and easiest service to Gatwick. The journey takes about 30 minutes and trains run every 15 minutes at a cost of £10.50 one way and £20 return.
  • The Flight Line bus from Victoria Coach station is cheaper than the Gatwick express, however takes 75 - 90 minutes at a cost of £7.90
  • A chauffeur driven limousine will take you to Gatwick at cost from around £110 or alternatively the Limo Bike for around £60.
