The Royal Lancaster Hotel has two award-winning conference and banqueting suites totalling over 2252 sq m (24,242 sq ft), making it one of the largest and most sophisticated venues in London. In each of the two main suites, over 1000 guests can be accommodated.
The Nine Kings Suite,1245 sq m (13,396 sq ft), is located on the ground floor of the Hotel with the Westbourne Suite, 1008 sq m (10,846 sq ft), directly below. The suites are connected via two main stairways, allowing them to be used separately or together. State of the art technology is a feature of both suites and is operated from concealed control rooms by an experienced in-house production team.
Alongside both the Nine Kings and Westbourne Suites are spacious banqueting kitchens designed for producing cuisine of the highest standard.

5 x 63 amp three phase power supplies available within the suites utilising European standard CEE form connectors, in addition to 1 x 125 amp three-phase supply, and a further isolated 63 amp supply
Recessed within the ceiling are numerous hanging bars with a load capacity of 50Kg per metre for the Westbourne Suite and 100Kg per metre for the Nine Kings Suite, which are ideal for hanging monitors, speakers and lighting equipment
Concealed within facility panels around the suites are various 'tie lines' which can be utilised to avoid the need for audio and video cable runs
All lighting within the suites can be remotely controlled with the facility to use the hotel's dimmer racks for stage lighting via socopex outlets
Individual organiser's office with speaker monitor station linked to the hotel's PA system
Stage units available in multiples of 2.4 x 1.2m (8ft x 4ft)
ISDN capability: all suites are CAT5 cabled to enable ISDN desk-to-desk video conferencing. Our Sopho switchboard will handle this traffic with minimal preparation
High speed internet access is offered in all the suites
Conference Organisers are given a full DECT internal mobile to assist them with single digit communication between both internal and external event colleagues
