Low Cost Packages

The low cost conference centres provide a simpler packages but still provide great service. For further information please visit www.uk-conference-venues.co.uk.

Depending on clients budget, duration of meeting and number of delegates attending there are two options:

The Day Delegate Package - This includes main room hire, buffet lunch, servings of tea and coffee, water and basic equipment - screen, stationary, OHP and Flip chart.

Or the cost can be individually divided into :

  • Room hire
  • Buffet Lunch
  • Tea and Coffee per person per serving
  • Equipment

 The Individual costing is perfect for small half day meetings or conferences requiring no buffet or equipment.

The packages include basic equipment:

  • Flip chart
  • Stationary
  • Screen
  • OHP

The Day Delegate package or room hire may also include a data projector, however this can be an additional charge.

AV equipment is not always included in Low cost packages, but if required can easily be added to the total cost or the package upgraded. Depending on your budget and amount of equipment required.
