PA and AV Equipment

All conference Centres will provide PA and AV equipment if requested. Delegate packages and room hire include - stationary, screen, OHP and flip chart.

Some venues will also include a data projector while others will charge additionally - usually around £200 per projector per day.

PA equipment is not always included in the rate but extra microphones, lectern, lighting and speakers can be easily arranged with a technician available on the day to help with any queries.

Projection is always available in conference centres - front and back projection. Morris conferencing will ensure the conference room selected for your meeting is suitable. For example has no visual obstructions, ceiling high enough for back projection if requested, natural day light and air conditioning.

AV Equipment

AV equipment is an important part of any conference or event. The amount of equipment depends entirely on the size and type of event taking place.  All conference Centres in the UK whether they are luxury or budget provide AV equipment for your event. 

AV is usually an additional cost however some venues do include a screen and LCD projector with in the rates.
