Outside team building activities is extremely popular with large groups of delegates, which depending on the venue and what the delegates wanted to do. The activities can either be done on site or delegates can be transferred by coach to neighbouring land. For example if delegates wanted to take part in water sports they such as raft racing and sailing they would have to go to neighbouring land.

Smaller delegates often want a business meeting in the morning followed by lunch and then in door activities. Team building is extremely popular with training programmes.
