Stage 1-Acknowledgement
We will contact you to recognize your enquiry and answer any questions that you may have.
Stage 2-Venue Search
Once we have received the criteria for your meeting, we will carry out an extensive search of facilities that are available to you, and meet your needs. We deal with a diverse range of hotels and training centres and will return at least three venues that we feel will be suitable.
At 'London Conference Venues' we like to work with our clients to ensure that the information they need will be available to them when they request it.
Stage 3-Venue Research Report
We will send you a fax, or e-mail that will have details of the venues we feel are suitable. This will include web links to the venue so that you can do research into the location at your leisure.
We will try to provide at least three venues for you to choose from so that you have the best choice possible when selecting your venue.
Stage 4-Site Visits
It is important that, as a customer, you know as much as you can about the venue that you are booking. This is why at 'London Conference Venues' we will be happy to arrange an appointment for a site visit of the venue that you have chosen. We will send contact information for the person that you are meeting so that you can speak to them prior to your appointment, telling them of any queries that you may have.
Stage 5-Confirmation and Beyond
The venue that you have selected for your conference will then send you a contract. This will need to be signed and returned by you. After signing this contract you will be bound by the terms and conditions of the venue in the event that you cancel your meeting. There is a possibility, that if this contract isn't signed, the venue may let the space be used by somebody else.
After your venue is confirmed we will work closely with you to add the finishing touches to your meetings. If there are any changes you would like to make to your booking, simply contact us with the details and we will change them on your behalf.
What types of events do we deal with?
Here at 'London Conference Venues' we can deal with all sorts of different types of event. Some companies have a policy that all of their meetings are to be held in a dedicated conference centre where they are always a business to business environment. Our advice on these sorts of meetings is invaluable. In some cases, the accommodation can be austere while the price remains high but not through Morris.
Road Shows
We can also help organise road shows. Road Shows can mean visiting twenty towns in twenty days with several tons of equipment to be moved on and off. With our experience, we can manage the whole thing to ensure the day runs smoothly day after day.
Exhibitions
Let Morris get you the best positions at the conference, the most effective press releases and the best front house publicity. We can arrange personnel to man the stand and give out the literature while your expert talks to prospective customers. We enjoy good relations with large exhibition venues like Earls Court. Let us do all the hard work in setting up the correct conditions for you to do business.
