Park Room
Leading into the larger Garden Room, the Park Room works well for a variety of purposes: delegates' registration, a receiving line, a buffet table, break-out room, coffee break set-up, exhibition displays, or staging elements of themed events (such as a casino). The Park Room is a long room with two small staircases to an upper level. The room is equipped with high-speed Internet access.

Garden Room
With its floor-to-ceiling windows, the conservatory-style Garden Room overlooks and opens onto the Hotel's private garden. It can accommodate 250 for a reception or 130 for a lunch or dinner.

This traditional, yet modern, function room offers a unique choice in the heart of London – whatever the weather! The Park Room leads off the main lobby area and through to the Garden Room, creating a very private space for business or social events. The room is equipped with high-speed Internet access.

Ballroom (Parts A & B)
Entered from the Hotel's dramatic central staircase, the Ballroom is the ideal setting for social and business events, within the very heart of the Hotel. It can accommodate weddings and dinner dances for up to 300 people, theatre-style conferences for up to 500, or receptions for up to 750. The room is equipped with high-speed Internet access.

Very grand and extremely elegant, the Ballroom can be divided into two separate sections. An interconnecting marble lobby links it to the Oak and Pine Rooms. This can also be shut to the general public, providing a contained and private space for your function or meeting.

Oak Room
Accommodating up to 150 for a reception or 80 for dinner, the chameleon-like Oak Room can transform itself from a back-drop for corporate signings to the heart of wedding festivities. This versatile space works equally well for theatre-style seminars, cocktail party receptions and private dinners. The room is equipped with high-speed Internet access.

Pine Room
The Pine Room features exquisite carved pine panelling and a marble fireplace (recovered from the 18th-century London townhouse that originally occupied this site). Often used in conjunction with the Oak Room, the Pine Room is a beautiful setting for greeting guests or for photographing wedding groups. This intimate room can also be used for a small meeting, dinner, lunch or cocktail reception. It holds up to 60 for a reception or 25 for a classroom seminar. The room is also equipped with high-speed Internet access.

Maple Room
This newest addition to the Hotel’s choice of private function rooms is equally suitable for business or social events. The Maple Room offers its own lobby area and a capacity of 60 for a reception or 48 for a lunch or a dinner. The room is equipped with high-speed Internet access.
