Function Rooms
The Gates Room The SmartWall technology of the Gates Room allows you to make impressive multimedia presentations by simply plugging in your laptop. The backlit screen, incorporated into the walls of the room, is linked to a combined data and video player, allowing you to seamlessly transfer between the two. The room's lighting and sound can be easily altered, all from one hand-held remote control unit, something we'll be sure to demonstrate to you to ensure you are confident before your presentation begins. The Gates Room can accommodate up to 30 delegates in a boardroom setting or a U-shape format.
The Kennedy Room With its modern interior design, utilising fresh, vibrant colours and strong natural daylight, the Kennedy Room easily transforms from an inspirational meeting room to a stylish venue for business entertaining.
The Guggenheim Room There are few places where you can bring 200 guests together in one room and everyone can see and hear what's being presented. There are even fewer places where you can entertain them with the best food and drink. Covering nearly half of a football field and with no obstructing pillars, the Guggenheim Room is the perfect venue for meetings or receptions. The room is located close to one of our main entrances, allowing your delegates easy access into your function.
The Crowne Plaza conference team will work with you to brand the room to your requirements. It's the perfect place for a party or business banquet, comfortably fitting 16 tables of ten people, a dance floor and its own bar.
The Valentino Room The Valentino's asymmetrical room shape, large windows, oval maple table and sea-blue and grass-green interior makes an uplifting background for brainstorms and creative thinking.
With videoconferencing available in all our rooms, brainwaves can be instantly shared around the world. The technology is easy to use, state-of-the-art and backed up by our exceptional service.

The Boardrooms Newly refurbished, the boardrooms are appropiate for training, or when you require a private meeting away from the office.
You can be sure Crowne Plaza has one that will meet your needs. They are all fitted with speaker-telephone and modem points. Entirely independent, with their own tea and coffee making facilities, you won't have to be disturbed, unless you want to be.
Our Business Centre is there to support you, offering typing, printing, copying, faxing and courier services; they will even send flowers or organise tickets to the latest West End show for you.
