The Longley Suite
our main suite with a capacity of 270 theatre style can be divided to form two large rooms each with the following state of the art facilities built into a media wall including: 72" back projection touch screens enabling Video, DVD, CD, and video conferencing, 5 speaker Dolby Surround Sound, and built in desktop PC with wireless keyboard and mouse. Further facilities include a hand held microphone and lapel microphone, whiteboard and Flipchart. The Longley suite also features unique breakout options including a foyer area, the four storey atrium, or when the weather permits, the beautiful fountain terrace.

The Boardroom
Overlooking the atrium with a capacity of 12. The Boardroom is possibly the most stylish and technically advanced meeting room in the U.K. Luxurious leather chairs, walnut tabling and a stunning hand crafted walnut credenza provide the perfect setting for the ultimate levels of comfort. The two 50" NEC plasma screens rise from the credenza at the touch of a button, as the curtains automatically close and the lights dim. The room hire includes: 2x 50" NEC plasma screens, one of which has touch-screen capabilities, video/laptop table inputs, T.V, Video, DVD/CD, built in Dolby Digital Surround Sound, picture tel 900 series world standard video conferencing, ISDN 384kbps, Auto camera tracking, computer and video view share facility.

Arora international has a range of meeting rooms suitable for meetings from 2-20 delegates. Each room includes a media wall with whiteboard and flipchart. Larger rooms also offer a 50" NEC plasma screen, video/VCR/DVD/input facility for 2 pc's
Banqueting
The Longley suite caters for up to 170 guests for a private dinner/dinner dance. With a private foyer area for reception drinks and access to the outside adjacent Fountain Terrace, the Longley suite makes an impressive venue for that special occasion.
